About Kenneth
My name is Kenny, and I am a NPTI certified personal trainer. I am also the Philadelphia 2007 Golden Gloves Boxing heavyweight champion, and I have trained in some of the most competitive boxing and mixed martial arts gyms in the area.

Every one of my clients gets individually tailored workout routines, nutrition advice and an atmosphere of encouragement and positive reinforcement.

I know and believe reaching your goals should not be drudgery. It’s hard work and commitment, but it can also be fun and liberating. We can do powerlifting, bodybuilding, boxing, kickboxing, sport-specific training, you name it. I can help you reach your goals in a gym full of equipment (semi-private gym I train clients where no membership is required) or in your garage with a couple of elastic bands and dumbbells. My years of experience with all sorts of clients in a variety of settings is my strength.
