I grew up in Cary and graduated from NC State University with a degree in Marketing and Health. I found Crossfit in 2008 and started coaching and personal training the beginning of 2013. I have my Crossfit Level 1 certificate, USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach certification, and a NCSF Personal Training certification. I am currently studying for and hope to obtain my CSCS later this year. I received the honor of being recognized as NC State University Recreation’s 2014-2015 Personal Trainer of the Year before graduating from NC State.
I have personally seen the results of hard work and perseverance as I lost about 30 lbs going into high school. I use this experience to help motivate myself and others to live healthier lives.

Client Success Story
“I have always been a person who went to the gym pretty regularly, but didn’t know the best ways to exercise. I tended to get stuck in a routine of long sessions on the elliptical and the same weight routine every day. However, working with Nick, I learned all new ways to exercise. He really opened my eyes to a brand new way to work out that to this day keeps my workouts interesting, challenging and fun. He also did a great job teaching me new techniques and pushing me without exceeding my limits or sacrificing my technique. I saw major improvement in my strength over my time working with Nick and really started to look forward to exercising. Each time I go to the gym now I use the techniques he taught me and have continued to see improvements in my strength and abilities thanks to his training.” – Chloe S.
