About Omar
My name is Omar Williams — I’m a basketball and football coach. I decided to get into personal training and health coaching three years ago. What made me decide to begin my career in personal training was that I found myself being in the gym more trying to improve my body. Also, I felt that since I was coaching young athletes I need to have a better understanding of the human body to train and condition them to the best of my ability.

Currently I am finishing my degree in sports and exercise as well as my certification in personal training. My goal is to help you improve your quality of life physically, emotionally and psychologically. You may be wondering how? Well my belief is training with me will first off get you into the best shape of your life. Second exercise in almost any form can act as a stress reliever. Being active can boost your feel-good endorphins and distract you from daily worries. Finally exercise can promote psychological well-being as well as improve quality of life. It can improve mood, self esteem, and confidence.
