About Herbet
I’m a 38-year-old married father of two, U.S. Air Force veteran, and Baylor Bear (Sic ‘Em!). I am a disciple of Jesus Christ. I’ll rant more later on why I choose to identify this way instead of just plain ol’ Christian. Originally I was born and raised not far from where I live now (Austin, TX) in Killeen. Interestingly enough, being a military brat, I have lived in numerous places during my life. Now that I have a family of my own, we too have lived in numerous places.

I began my fitness training back when I entered the USAF in 2002. It wasn’t until 2005 that I began leading any organized physical training sessions. It was during time through 2008 that was able to work with groups both large (150+) and small (~10) developing programs for both maintaining and improving fitness levels. If ever there was someone who failed their PT test, I developed personalized programs for them to achieve passing scores.
