John is a PFIT certified personal trainer with 10 years of experience in changing lives of all ages. John has created custom training sessions for clients ranging from ages 11-80. John’s specialty is body transformations. Burning fat with cardio-intense workouts combined with focused nutritional guidance gets the client to the goals quickly!
John’s clients can expect to see changes in body composition where fat is lost and muscle definition comes out. John has created sport specific workouts from gymnastics and cheer to football and baseball. The sessions address athletic performance, muscular endurance, injury prevention, and sports nutrition.
John also has created work specific workouts for busy professionals that don’t have time to second guess workouts and prefer to leave the programming to an expert. Case in point: Surgeons who spend most of their days with their heads and shoulders leaning over/forward. This leads to daily aches and pains and poor posture in the later years. John has created a specific workout to correct that posture by focusing on the muscles that hold those body parts in correct position.
