About Matthew
Hello, I have 13 years experience as a personal trainer, Pilates and group exercise leader, and I love helping people improve their bodies! Over the years I have taught thousands of classes and focused one-on-one sessions, and I have helped hundreds of people lose weight, get stronger, be more supple and flexible, and restore their vigor and vitality.

In 2010 I founded Victory Bodies as an all-natural, total-body transformation method, designed to help my busy clients get the fastest, most effective body results from their exercise and diet. We also follow a set of movement principles, designed to most-effectively strengthen your posture, protect your joints, and build lean, sculpted muscles that look great in a slim suit or a swimsuit!
